Every organization has words that define it. For CO-LIB STAFF ASSOCIATION, those words are Connect, Collaborate, and Grow ??engraved on our official seal and lived out every day by the staff of Co-Lib Credit Union.

Connect

Connection is the foundation of our association. Co-Lib Credit Union staff work across lending, member services, operations, and administration ??but they share a common purpose. CO-LIB creates the space for employees to know one another, share experiences, and build the relationships that make a workplace feel like a community.

Collaborate

Collaboration means more than working side by side. It means pooling knowledge, supporting colleagues through challenges, and approaching problems as a team. The gears on our seal represent this principle ??each part working in sync with the others to keep the whole organization moving forward.

Grow

Growth is both personal and professional. Whether through workshops, mentorship, or simply the confidence that comes from being part of a supportive community, CO-LIB is committed to helping every staff member reach their potential. The tree growing from the open book on our seal captures this idea perfectly: knowledge takes root, and people flourish.
