A Message from Principal Officer Sarah Lowenthal

As we begin a new year, I want to take a moment to reflect on what CO-LIB STAFF ASSOCIATION stands for and the work we continue to do on behalf of Co-Lib Credit Union employees across Saint Louis.

Our Shared Purpose

When CO-LIB STAFF ASSOCIATION received its 501(c)(4) tax-exempt status in 2022, we made a commitment to the staff who serve our credit union community every day. That commitment — to Connect, Collaborate, and Grow — is not just words on our seal. It is the foundation of everything we do.

Every staff member at Co-Lib Credit Union plays a vital role in serving our members and strengthening our community. CO-LIB exists to ensure that those employees have a voice, a network, and opportunities to develop professionally and personally.

Looking Ahead

In the year ahead, we will continue to build programs that support professional development, foster community among staff, and maintain the transparency and compliance that our members deserve. We have filed our annual Form 990-N on schedule, and we remain in good standing with the IRS as an active organization.
