Our Mission Statement

CO-LIB STAFF ASSOCIATION exists to connect, collaborate, and grow with the staff of Co-Lib Credit Union. We are committed to fostering a supportive, professional, and inclusive environment for every member — ensuring their voices are heard, their contributions are valued, and their potential is nurtured.

As a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization, our mission is rooted in the belief that credit union employees deserve community, professional development, and the collective strength that comes from working together toward shared goals.
